The atmosphere looks uncommon today Thursday 10th December 2020 as the Presiding Judge, Ibadan Judicial Division, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Dele Peters expressed appreciation to the Nigeria Police Force for their selfless service in protection of life and property and for uplifting one of their officers through promotion.
Justice Peters made the remark while decorating his police orderly Lawal Kolawole Alaba with his new rank; an Inspector of the Nigeria Police Force, a promotion he earned through hard work and resilience.
His Lordship commended Inspector Lawal Kolawole Alaba for being steadfast and working committedly with duties, emphasized that the reward for hard work is more work urged others to always put their best in all task.
Justice Dele peters described inspector Alaba as an officer that portray good conduct and diligent in his service; encouraged other officers and staff of the Court to tolerate and help one another another that the Court is known for rewarding labour.
Speaking, Ibadan divisional registrar, Mubaraqah Murtala-AbdRasheed Esq expressed joy to the success story of Inspector Lawal, who was attached to his Lordship as a corporal, got promoted to sergeant and now an inspector encouraged members of staff that hardwork pays off at the end of the day.
She also used the opportunity to implore the staff to continue with tradition of hardwork for the betterment of the Court and the judiciary in general.
The low-key ceremony was well attended by the staff of the Court and the principal officers.
