Among top judicial icons and heavyweight Law Lords that graced the occasion were Former Chief Justices of Nigeria, Justice Muhammadu Lawal Uwais, Justice Aloma Mariam Muktar; Chief Justcice of Nigeria, Justice W.S. Onnoghen GCON, Justices of the Supreme Court (Retired and Active), Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, President Court of Appeal, Justices of the Court of Appeal (Retired and Active), Hon. Justice B. A. Adejumo OFR and many others distinguished eminent jurist.

Justice Uwais Rtd described her as a fantastic civil servant; Justice Mariam Aloma also styled her as quintessential administrator.

Verily, words cannot describe the efficiency exhibited during her service under various capacities from the day of her appointment into the judiciary.

Hajia Bilkisu Bashir can best be described as an astute and affable administrator per excellence.

As we celebrate the retirement of this great woman who had served the country with utmost dedication and selflessness without any blemish record, verily her contributions to the growth of the judiciary cannot be overemphasized.
