[UPDATE] National Industrial Court Asaba Division Commences Sitting Monday

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Asaba Judicial Division will on Monday 27th January 2020 commence its inaugural sitting at the Court premises located at Denis Nwa Street, Beside Golden Land Hotel Opposite Sweet Spirit, off Okpanam Road,  Asaba, Delta State.

The commencement of the court's sittings is part of laudable efforts of the court under the leadership of Hon. President, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, PhD, FNIALS, FCArb to further decongest backlog of cases for timely and effective dispensation of justice and to bring Justice closer to the people.
