President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR on Thursday 23rd November, 2017 led the National Judicial Institute team to undertook an inspection tour of the ongoing state-of-the art court complex
The inspection according to the visitation team led by Hon. Justice Muhammed A. Danjuma, Justice Court of Appeal, who went round to the hooks and crannies of the ongoing project to ascertain the extent of work done with regard to the standard and amenities being put in place for effective service delivery.
After the inspection, Hon. Justice Muhammed A. Danjuma expressed total satisfaction with the level of development of the project saying that he has no doubt that the edifice will go a long way in sincere efforts to promote better judicial system.
While thanking Justice Danjuma and his team for all their efforts, the NICN’s president, Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR used the opportunity to call on all the contractors working on the site to double their effort towrds timely completion of the project, as the court will not entertain un-necessary delay any longer.
His lordship, Justice Adejumo also made it clear that “opening of this place for judicial activities by March 2018 remains sacrosanct. If you delay us, we will change you. The court without fear or favour will not hesitate to sanction any contractor who frisked with the standard”.For more photos, click here
