His Lordship, Hon. Justice Sinmisola Oluyinka Adeniyi hails from Abeokuta, Abeokuta South Local government area of Ogun State, South-West, Nigeria.
Educationally, An Honours graduate of Law of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria and was subsequently enrolled as a Solicitor and Barrister of Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1991.
As part of efforts to be fully knowledgeable with Law, Justice Adeniyi enrolled for Masters Degree at the University of Ibadan, and the prestigious citadel of learning found her worthy excellent in character and learning and conferred LLM on her.
Hon. Justice S .O. Adeniyi performed her mandatory National Youth Service in Minna, Niger state and cut her teeth as a legal practitioner in the Law Firms of Chief Akin Delano SAN and Chief Ladosu Ladapo SAN in Ibadan, Oyo State, South-West Nigeria.
Excellently, at a time when it was needed to contribute directly to the growth of the Judiciary, Justice Adeniyi joined the service of the Ministry of Justice, Oyo State, Nigeria as a Chief Legal Officer, between the year 2000 - 2006.
In 2006, My Lord, Justice Adeniyi further joined the Judicial Service of Ogun State, Nigeria and was appointed as Senior Magistrate.
In 2009, His Lordship also got transferred of service to the Judicial Service of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria, where she served as a Chief Magistrate until her elevation to the Bench (Judge) of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria in 2017.
Historically, His Lordship Justice Adeniyi was swore-in with other 18 appointed Judges on Friday, 14th July 2017 by the then Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Samuel Onnoghen.
My Lord as a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators has attended several professional courses and conferences both home and abroad, and happily married with Children.
My Lord, Hon. Justice Sinmisola Adeniyi is currently the presiding Judge, Kaduna Judicial Division of the Court.
