Justice Benedict Kanyip, PhD., FNIALS to train and retrain the staff for excellent and optimal performance, the staff of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria were among the participants at the Mediation skills training organized by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

The 4-Day professional training started on Monday 21st  to Thursday 24th October 2019 at the premises of the Federal High Court ADR Centre, Maitama Abuja.

The tutors demystified to the simplest understanding of the participants, the concept of mediation as an alternative disputes resolution mechanism for amicable settlement of disputes.

Without any doubt, training gives the employee a greater understanding of their responsibilities and in turn builds their confidence for efficiency.
