Hon. Justice B. B. Kanyip, Judge, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, while contributing to the topic in discuss said “A lot has been said about the need to change the laws. The court does not necessarily need to wait for the legislature. Within the framework of the current laws, a lot of progress can be made. It is all a matter of interpretation. A court with the right attitude can interpret the law to suit the circumstances. And we must interpret the law in a proper way without any rancor or favour. Justice Kanyip said.
Also In his contribution, the attorney general of Ogun State Mr. Olumide ESQ strongly advocate for better and robust judicial system for speeding resolution.
The panel session was chaired by Sir. Ademola Aladekomo of Chams Plc and Mr. Kehinde Aina as the lead speaker.
The discussion was part of the program scheduled for the commemoration of NCMG International 21st Anniversary held at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
