Abuja – His Lordship, Hon. Justice Olufunke Anuwe of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Sitting in Abuja has ordered Suspended Staff of Federal University Lokoja, Prof. Gbenga Ibileye, Chief B. Y. The Counsel to Prof. Ibileye and Chief Aina, F. I. Ibude Esq sought for an order of interim injunction restraining the Institution either by themselves or through their agents from acting or threatening to act or interfere in any way detrimental to the claimant in the discharge of their duties as staff of the University pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.

Delivering ruling on the Exparte motion, the Presiding Judge, Hon.
