The President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice B. A. Adejumo, OFR on Thursday 9th May 2019 met with the Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Gov. Kayode Fayemi in the state capital Ado-Ekiti to brainstorm on how to expand the court functionality in the state for the growth of the judicial sector and for the development of the state in general.
The main aim of the visit is to have a befitting Industrial Court building for the state so as to fast track economic development and timely dispensation of industrial related cases.
Justice Adejumo at the Site Inspection
The Attorney general and Honourable Commissioner for Justice, Ekiti state, Mr. Olawale Fapohunda Esq led the visit to the proposed site for an inspection.
His Lordship expressed satisfaction with the location of the land situated at Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
In the same vein, His lordship also paid a courtesy visit to the Attorney General office; the Chief Law officer of the state, Mr. Olawale Fapohunda described the visit as historic and home-coming. He expressed total delight for the visit and also used the avenue to showcase to the honorable President the genuine efforts and model introduced in the ministry so as to be able to compete with other sisters states towards the advancement of the rule of Law.

His lordship, Justice Adejumo lauded the efforts of the Chief Law officer, and also admonished the ministry not to lose focus that the leadership has embarked on what is needed for the growth of the Judiciary in the state.
Others in the entourage team are Chief Registrar, Mr. Olurotimi Daudu Esq., Director of Admin, Mr. Olanrawaju Aremo Esq., Heads of Akure and Ado-Ekiti divisions to name a few.
