Capacity Building: Industrial Court Organizes 2-Day Training Workshop For Junior Staff Nationwide

Capacity building is not a one-time effort but a continuous improvement strategy toward the creation of sustainable organizational success and sustainability.

 

Staff training occupy an invaluable niche in an organization. On this end, the National Industrial Court of Nigeria has organized capacity training workshop for junior staff across the federation to align the court with the best global practices and to yield better organizational efficiency.

 

The training/workshop centered on work ethics and organizational productivity.

 

The deputy director (Admin-Training), Mr. Muhammed Karaye stated that the 2-day training (Thursday 2^nd May to Friday 3^rd May 2019) was organized to hold in all the six geo-political zones of the federation where Abuja hosts the North central, Kano ---North West,  Gombe – North East, Lagos – South West, Portharcourt – South-South and Enugu for South East respectively.

 

Also in his remark, Mr. Karaye admonished all the participant to be of good conduct during and after the training, that the training is not for fun but rather to learn work etiquettes for their personal growth and for the court at large.
