President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Hon. Justice B. A. Adejumo, OFR has declared Monday 15th April Friday 26th April, 2019 as Easter vacation holiday.
His Lordship made the pronouncement in line with the NICN Civil Procedure Rules, 2017.
His Lordship further stated that there will be no Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications, where the res of a case may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation judge.

EASTER VACATION NOTICE
IN THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT OF NIGERIA
In exercise of the powers conferred on me under order 58 Rule 4 (1) (b) of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria Rules, 2017, and all other powers enabling me in that respect, I, HON. JUSTICE B. A. ADEJUMO, OFR, MCIArb(UK), GFISMN, CFIAR, FCIArb, FNILS, President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, hereby declare that the court shall proceed on Easter Vacation beginning from Monday 15TH April 2019 to Friday 26th of April, 2019.
Please, note that there will be no Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications, where the res of a case may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation judge.
Normal Court sitting resumes on Monday 29th of April, 2019.
