[See List] Industrial Court President Justice Kanyip appoints 2025 Vacation Judges

The Hon. President of the National Industrial Court, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, Ph.D, OFR has graciously appointed Four (4) prominent jurists to serve as vacation Judges from Monday, 28th July 2025 to Monday, 23rd September 2025 for this year's Annual vacation.

While Hon. Justice M. A. Namtari and Hon. Justice Hassan Yakubu will preside in Abuja and Lagos Judicial divisions respectively from Monday, 28th July 2025 to Monday, 25th August 2025; Hon. Justice Emmanuel Subilim and Hon. Justice A. J. Damachi-Onugba will also preside in Abuja and Lagos Judicial divisions respectively from Tuesday, 26th August 2025 to Tuesday, 23rd September 2025.

 

It would be recalled that Hon. President, Hon. Justice Kanyip had earlier stated that there will be no normal Court sitting during the vacation period except for urgent applications.
