The Presiding Judge, Yola Judicial Division of the National Industrial Court, Hon. Justice J. T. Agbadu Fishim has directed the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Yola Branch to investigate the issue of fake court order that was served on the UBA Yola Main Business office on August 8, 2024.
The Yola Divisional Registrar, Paul Kure Esq. who signed the petition on behalf of the presiding Judge stated that the fake court order was falsely issued by Barr. Ijeomul Emmanuel Tsamdu, a State Counsel 1 at Adamawa State Ministry of Justice, urged the NBA to investigate the matter.
The fraudulent incident came to light when a fabricated Order Nisi was served on the United Bank of Africa (UBA), Yola Main Business Office on August 8, 2024, and upon further investigation by the Court, the Bank Manager of UBA confirmed that Barr. Ijeomul Emmanuel Tsamdu was the individual who presented the fabricated order.
