Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR, President National Industrial Court of Nigeria joined other eminent personalities, amongst whom are Aminu Bello Masari, Executive Governor of Katsina State; Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki, who was ably represented by Distinguished Senator Ahmed Lawan; Speaker, Federal House of Representative, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara also represented by Chairman, House Committee on Finance, Ibrahim Babangida Mahuta; Captains of industry, Military and paramilitary personnel to honor launching of a book aimed to address deficiency in our budgeting system.
Noble men and women from all walks of life gathered today Thursday, 19th April 2018 for public presentation and launching of the book titled "Budgetting System In Nigeria: Issues and Prospect” Authored By O. O. Adelami, mni- Former Deputy Clerk (CDNA), National Assembly. The event was held at The International Conference Centre, Central Area, Abuja.
It was reported that a budget is said to be a failure when it is deficient; it is better when it is balanced; and it is best when it has a surplus.

Adelami, mni coupled With his fast-track records and cutting-edge achievements, impressive resume, penchant and insatiable drive for leadership excellence, have continues to impel civic engagement toward passion for total turn-around and all-inclusive knowledge on efficient budgeting system in our dear country.
His Lordship, Hon Justice B. A. Adejumo OFR, who doubled as the chairman of the occasion harped on the importance of the book. He posited that the book highlights the challenges facing budgeting system as well as prospect of efficient budgeting system in our dear country. Justice Adejumo opined that the knowledge contained in the book if put into practice will salvage our dear country from shortage in budgeting system.

Other dignitaries present at the event are staff of National Assembly, representative of various NGO to name few.
