Upon reading the ex-parte motion and affidavit in support of the said motion herein sworn to by one Dr. Aondoakaa Kwaghfan, the second Judgment Creditor in this suit. And after hearing counsel to the Judgment Creditors/Applicants, S. A. Orkumah move his application.

It is hereby ordered as follows:

1.That an order Nisi is granted against the accounts maintained by the Judgment debtors with the Garnishees in satisfaction of the judgment debt of N134, 913,916.06 (One Hundred and Thirty four Million Nine Hundred and Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen Naira Six kobo) only in respect of the following account numbers;

a. Zenith Bank Plc. - 1012167996 and 1011136812

b. Fidelity Bank Plc. - 5030026302, 5030047334 and 5030047279.

C. First Bank of Nigeria Plc. - 2022324845, 2005249147

d. Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria Plc. - 0013414019 and 0011483048

e. Sterling Bank Plc. - 0025524948, 0029786395 and 0025945219

f. Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.- 0025172046 and 0025164270

g. Polaris Bank Plc. - 4060008205 and 4060008195.

 

2. That an order is granted directing the Garnishees to appear and show cause why the Garnishee order Nisi should not be made absolute. 

This matter is adjourned to the 20th February, 2019 for the Garnishees to show cause why the Order Nisi should not be made absolute.
