Justice Isele was born in Lagos to the family of late Isele Eseimo, father and Mopen Caroline Isele, mother both of Yenagoa in Bayelsa State. He is married with children.
He attended Lady Lak Primary School, Apapa, Lagos from 1974 to 1980 for his FSLC; Apapa High School, Apapa, Lagos from 1980 to 1985 for his WASC and the University of Benin between 1987 to 1991 for his LL.B. he was called to Bar in 1992. He also attended the University of Lagos from 2007 to 2008 for his LL.M.
He performed his NYSC primary assignment with Benue State Ministry of Justice in the 1992/93 service year. He started his working career in 1994 at the law firm of Chima Okafor & Co. Great Nigeria House, 16 Martins Street, Lagos. He was Chief Magistrate, Court 3, Yenogoa and Deputy Chief Registrar Bayelsa State prior to his Judicial appointment at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria..
