Mubarakat Bolanle Muritala AbdulRasheed (Mrs) Was appointed as Ag. Director, Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre 2017. She obtained her law degree from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State after which she attended law school, Enugu and called to the bar 2004. She practiced law at the prestigious Chief Afe Babalola SAN & Co for many years before decided to contribute her quota for the National development by accepting appointment as a senior magistrate in the State of Osun Judiciary.

 She joined the service of National Industrial Court of Nigeria in 2016.

Mrs. Mubarakat Bolanle Muritala AbdulRasheed is a certified mediator and has gone on several trainings both locally and internationally on Alternative Dispute Resolution.  She attended Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service Inc, Atlanta Georgia and North American Branch of the Chattered Institute of Arbitrators between 2010-2012.

In her quest for efficient knowledge, she had professional Certificates in Arbitration, Civil Mediation, Domestic Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Certificate in Mediation and in human Relations from the University of Liverpool U.K

She also attended Advanced Mediation and Arbitration organized by the International Law Institute, George Town Washington DC.

Mrs. Mubarakat Bolanle Muritala AbdulRasheed can simply be described as a qualified Solicitor and Advocate, with experience working in a firm with knowledge of different aspects of law. An excellent Dispute Resolution Personnel, an efficient Communicator, leader and coordinator who develops good working relationships at all levels. Reliable and open to challenges.

She hails from Osogbo, State of Osun in the South West, Nigeria.
